Small, developing hospital in growing suburban area needs senior financial leadership. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, budgeting, external reporting, information systems, cash flow and revenue cycle management.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting, 7+ years experience in hospital financial management at a management level. CPA and audit experience are highly desirable.
Candidates need to have excellent verbal and written communications skills with good negotiation, organizational and computer skills.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
MGMA has been exclusively retained to recruit a Director of Finance for a well-established, highly-respected and growing gastroenterology practice which is located in Louisiana.
This person will be responsible for direction of the revenue cycle process, finance and accounting functions, and to provide critical analysis for financial and statistical data.
Since this person will be an active member of administrative leadership, he or she must have at least 5 years of senior management experience in medical group billing and collections, strong operational experience with healthcare revenue cycle management, extensive knowledge and experience with electronic billing/claims submissions, superior analytical judgment, and problem-solving skills. BA is required but Masters would be preferred and CPA designation is a plus.
